This land is in the Wetlands Reserve Program, Perpetual Easement and cannot be removed from those programs. The programs do allow for some revisions which must be approved by USDA and in line with the program. The intent of this land is to continue to create a natural habitat for a variety of wildlife. A hunting blind could be built and any other types of structures would have to be approved. A house, barn, etc would not be allowed. There has been approval for the parking of an RV at the base of Town Hill- a non through road and an abutter to this land. No facilities on site
